General Questions

Who can order on this site?

Wholesaler buyers, such as stores, who sell retail. When placing your first order,
your resale number or business license number is required.


Is there a retail site?

No, not at this time.


What is the retail price of our cards?

All cards have a suggested retail price of $3.95 each. That price is printed on the
back of each card.


How much do Inspir-Actions cards wholesale for?

$23.70 per dozen or $11.85 per half-dozen ($1.97/card).


What is a BESTSELLER PACKAGE?

A Bestseller Package is where we pick the cards for you, putting together an order
of proven bestsellers based on the number of designs you choose. This option has
proven to be very popular. Click here to get more information.


Do you have a catalog, and if so, how do I get a copy?

Yes, we have a catalog. You may view it or download it by clicking here. If you are
a wholesale buyer and want a copy mailed to you, please request one.


Does Inspir-Actions have an exchange policy?

It is very important to us that our customers are successful selling our cards. If
within 90 days of purchase, a particular card design is not selling, please contact
us and we will tell you how you can exchange it for a design that will.


Ordering Questions

What are my options in placing an order?

- Order online, selecting your own cards, or order one of our BEST SELLER
PACKAGES on our secure site.

- Download and print out an order form and either fax it to 916 944-3522

- Call your order in at 916 333-9441.


What is the minimum order and reorder amount?

The minimum order is 12 packs of six cards ($142.20). The minimum reorder is 6
packs of six cards ($71.10).


Once I place an order, how long before my cards ship?

Inspir-Actions is located in Sacramento, CA. Orders ship within 7 business days
of receiving an order.


How are orders shipped?

We ship orders either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. 


How much does shipping cost?

That varies with the size of the order and how far we have to ship the cards.


What do I do if the cards arrive, and they are damaged?

In the rare event that your UPS order arrives damaged, call us and we will issue a call tag to pick up the damaged cards. If your USPS order arrives damaged, save the box and its contents and call us ASAP so that we can file a claim. In either case, we can ship out a new order to you.


How do I reorder?

Whenever you order from Inspir-Actions, we always include an updated catalog and
new order form with your purchase. When you are running low, or want to add more
cards to the ones you already have, you may order on line, call us, or mail in an
order.


How do I pay for an order?

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal online. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and AmEx for orders that are received by phone, fax or US mail.
